Irish Spice Bag Seasoning

A spice bag is a popular new Irish street food dish featuring crispy fried chicken, chips (fries), and sautéed peppers, onions, and chilies, all tossed in a savory, spicy, and salty blend of spices like Sichuan pepper and chili flakes, and served in a paper bag with a side of curry sauce for dipping. It's a fusion dish that combines Chinese flavors with Irish takeaway staples, often enjoyed as a late-night snack. We have created an elevated spice bag seasoning that reflects the spice bag served at the original Dublin Chinese take-away. 

This spice blends also lends an Asian spicy umami to a variety of dishes.
