Old Fashioned Cocktail with Peach Saffron Jam

Old Fashioned Cocktail with Peach Saffron Jam
- 2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1 tablespoon Coco Fine Food’s Peach Saffron Jam
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Orange peel, for garnish
- Ice cubes
Here's how you can prepare the cocktail:
1. In an old fashioned glass, muddle the sugar cube with a splash of water until it dissolves.
2. Add the peach saffron jam and muddle again to combine.
3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour the bourbon or rye whiskey over the ice.
5. Add the dashes of Angostura bitters.
6. Stir the ingredients together gently with a cocktail spoon.
7. Garnish with with a slice of peach or cherry.
8. Serve and enjoy your old fashioned cocktail with peach saffron jam!
Note: Adjust the amount of peach saffron jam according to your taste preferences. You can also add a splash of water or club soda if you prefer a slightly lighter drink.
